For the publication on conference proceedings:

Details of Registration Fee

1. Early Bird Registration fee for ICMSP 2020 - Before Oct. 10, 2020 (4 pages) is 2800 RMB per paper.

   The discount only applies when payment is finished within 5 days after acceptance. Otherwise, the price will be changed back to 3000 RMB per paper.

   Registration after Oct. 10, 2020, the registration fee will be 3000 RMB per paper (4 pages).

2. If the length of the paper exceeds 4 Pages, the cost of Each Extra Page (begin at Page 5) is 300 RMB.

3. Registration fee includes conference proceedings, lunches, gifts and attending all technical sessions.

4. The registration fee does not include:
   

   • Accommodation

   • Visa application fee

   • Transportation fee

5. At least one author for each accepted final paper must pre-register.

6. Completed registrations will be acknowledged by the Organizing Committee within 2-5 workdays after receiving your payment.

7. After successful registration, we will issue the official receipt of your payment, you will receive the receipt together with all conference materials at the conference site.

8. The above fee does not include the publication fee for SCI papers.

9. Attendees without papers can also apply for oral presentation and poster presentation.
   

How to register

1. For listeners, please register Here and finish the payment. Registration accepted before Dec. 4, 2020.

2. For authors, we will send you Acceptance Notification and Registration Instruction as soon as your paper are accepted by conference. And then you could register according to the Registration Instruction.

How to pay

There are three different ways for you to pay for the registration fee:

1. Pay online through ＞＞【AIScholar】＜＜(fast and convenient).

2. Send email to contact@icmsp.org to get the bank account for transfer.

3. Pay on site at the conference.
