Prof. Jie Chen

Prof. Jie Li, vice dean of "Center of Intelligent Acoustics and Immersive Communications" (CIAIC) at School of Marine Science and Technology of Northwestern Polytechnical University, China. He also an expert of "thousand youth talents plan" of China.

 

From Apr. 2014 to Mar. 2015, Prof. Chen worked at Department of Electronic Engineering and Computer Science of University of Michigan (Ann Arbor, US) with Prof. Alfred O. Hero and Prof. Indika Rajapakse. From Apr. 2013 to Mar. 2014, he worked at Laboratory Lagrange of Observatory of Cote d'azur and University of Nice Sophia-Antipolis (Nice, France) with Prof. Cedric Richard. From Sep. 2009 to Feb. 2013, he worked at University of Technology of Troyes for pursuing the Ph. D. degree with Prof. Cedric Richard. The research work was in fact performed at University of Nice Sophia Antipolis during this period. From Sep. 2006 to Jul. 2009, Prof. Chen studied at Xi'an Jiaotong University (Xi'an, China) for his Master's degree. From Sep. 2004 to Jul. 2006, he studied at University of Technology of Troyes as an exchange student for Engineering's degree.
